Who this notice is about
This notice describes the Sandbar Strategies website at mulahh.com, including the business pages and the Mulahh side-income section. For privacy questions, call (941) 401-8205 or use the Contact page.
Information we collect
The business inquiry form collects your name, email address, the topic you select, and any business name or message you choose to include. It sends that information to our inquiry handler, which emails it to us so we can respond. A hidden field filters automated submissions. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive customer records.
These business pages do not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or embedded chat. Our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, and access logs while operating the site.
The Mulahh side-income section
The /mulahh/ pages keep the existing Mulahh newsletter and contact forms. Newsletter signup uses the existing Mailchimp audience and double opt-in flow, and the page also sends an owner notification through mulahh.com/submit.php. The Mulahh contact form sends the name, email, topic, and message you enter to that same handler.
Review the signup notice before you subscribe, and use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails if you no longer want them. Sending a Sandbar inquiry does not add you to that mailing list or enroll you in text messaging.
When you call or book
If you call us or use the booking page, the phone service or booking provider processes information under its own terms. Review that provider’s notice before you share personal information.
When you contact us, we use what you provide to answer your question, discuss a project, prepare a quote, or provide services you agree to.
Free guide signup
The free-guide link opens an external signup page. That page handles the information you enter and any newsletter consent. Review its terms, and use the unsubscribe option in marketing messages if you no longer want them.
How we share information
Inquiry emails go to info@mulahh.com. Booking details are handled by the booking provider. Guide signups are handled by the signup page. We do not sell inquiry information. A service we later set up for your business may use additional providers, and those are described in the written scope for that work.
Messages and consent
Sending an inquiry or requesting a demo does not sign you up for a marketing campaign or for text messaging. A messaging program we set up for a customer needs its own consent records, opt-out process, and notices.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your questions and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information from an inquiry by calling (941) 401-8205 or using the Contact page. What we can do depends on the request and on applicable law.
Children
This website is for business inquiries. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If these practices change, we will update this notice and its effective date.
